Once a service or subscription is purchased, cancellation requests must be raised within the applicable time period mentioned at the time of purchase. Services that have already been started or delivered are not eligible for cancellation.

– The service was not delivered as promised
– A duplicate payment was made
– Cancellation was approved as per our policy
All refunds are subject to management approval.
3. Non‑Refundable Services
Fees paid for digital services, consultation, onboarding, setup, or already delivered services are non‑refundable.
